Chef Patron Francesco Mazzei describes his approach to food as ‘mama cooking with a chef’s hands’ and what better way to celebrate than with the mammas themselves.
We are excited to announce that every Sunday throughout May and June we will be joined by Italian mammas who will be making fresh pasta by hand in the restaurant!
Showcasing their love of pasta, the mammas will be taking over the restaurant as they create authentic, fresh pasta, just like their own mammas used to make.
Join us for lunch and enjoy their special pasta dish, which will change weekly, celebrating the best pasta dishes that Southern Italy has to offer.
